Magno Wooden Radio

The Wooden Radio offers quality AM and FM reception with surprisingly good sound. It's designed with clear java ebony, mahogany and pine from a sustainable forest in Indonesia. Every radio is handcrafted with a unique and pleasant blend of wood, grain and colors. It is a great combination of old, older and new for the young and not-so-young radio connoisseur. The wood has a light oil finish and is untreated with stains. Teak or Pine oil may be added to enhance the natural beauty of the radio.

The designer created the radio with simplicity and preservation of our natural resources in mind. The Wooden Radio has two wooden knobs on the front for on/off/volume and tuning. The band knob is located on the back for AM and FM selection and a small wooden ball sits on top of the 18-inch long FM whip antenna. The Wooden Radio has a port for connecting your MP3 player so you can use it as a companion speaker. The battery compartment is covered by a wood panel that is held by a peg and elastic cord. It operates on four "AA" batteries (not included) or 3 Volt AC Adapter (included).
